This is true especially in the parts of the brain that is concerned with memory. This can be caused from cookware, antacids, aluminum coated containers, deodorants, douches and some food additives.

Do not drink a lot of alcohol or smoke cigarettes. This is going to fill your body full of toxins that are not only dangerous to getting Alzheimer's disease as well as many other problems in life. Keeping your body as healthy as possible is very important to fighting off any type of disease as well as keeping your mental health in good shape.

There is nothing that can absolutely keep Alzheimer's disease from happening to anyone. However, by following the above recommendations, a person can keep both their physical and their mental health in better shape and keep themselves protected against disease like Alzheimer's.
